Personal property must be picked up within 30 days of the date of repossession. 

We will not be responsible for your property after the 30-day time period, and it will be disposed of.

You are entitled to the personal property found in the vehicle at the time of repossession, EXCEPT: Any items or equipment that have been attached to the vehicle. These items are described as 'PERMANENTLY AFFIXED PROPERTY THAT WOULD LESSEN THE VALUE OF THE VEHICLE IF REMOVED, SCAR OR OTHERWISE LEAVE THE VEHICLE WITH HOLES, CUTS, OR OTHER MARKS IF REMOVED', Perishable items will be disposed as necessary to avoid potential damage to your property and storage areas. If you fail to make arrangements to claim your property within 30 days it will be considered 'ABANDONED PROPERTY' and will be considered your authorization to dispose of the property in any manner we see fit, and will release Buffalo Auto Recovery Service LLC as agent(s) from any and all liability as a result of disposing of your personal property.

To schedule an appointment to redeem your personal property please read this message carefully so you have everything you need when you arrive at our location.

1: You will need to bring your keys or Key Fob for the vehicle.

2: You will need a Government Issued ID.

If your government issued ID is in your vehicle you will need 4 pieces of mail with your name and address, and we will be able to get your ID out of the vehicle.

We strongly suggest that you try to pick your property up as soon as possible. If you plan on redeeming your vehicle from the auction at a later date your property will not be in the vehicle it will be at our location for a period of up to 30 days from the time of repossession.
